1 Arrive São Paulo, Brazil
Brazil’s biggest city is loud, energetic and tons of fun, just like its resident Paulistanos. If New York never sleeps, São Paulo never stops: moving, shaking, ground-breaking. Its dynamic museums are far from dusty, from the Museu Afro Brasil in the enormous Ibirapuera Park to the recently renovated Museu de Arte de Sa~o Paulo. Spirited performances of samba and sertanejo draw crowds of locals and travellers alike, while at weekends those in the know strike out for the coast.

3 Iguassu Falls, Argentina | View From The West
Comprising 275 cascades and straddling the border between Argentina and Brazil, Iguassu Falls are taller than Niagara Falls and twice as wide. Small wonder in 2011 they were declared one of the UNESCO New Seven Natural Wonders of the World. Today, explore the Argentine side of the falls by train.

Rio de Janeiro’s celebrated Carnival typically falls in late February, but in this vibrant city, the party continues for 365 days. From your hotel, which overlooks the storied Copacabana Beach, you can explore at your leisure, with scenic drives past the city’s beaches to the foothills of the Tijuca National Forest and cog-wheel train rides up Corcovado Mountain. From the summit, enjoy the world-famous panoramic vista of Rio, featuring the Christ the Redeemer statue.

6 Rio De Janeiro | Iconic Beaches And Sugarloaf Sunset
Set off on a freewheeling cycling tour of Rio’s iconic beaches, including Copacabana, Ipanema, Leblon, and the Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon. Pause at a local fruit stand to try tropical soursop or jabuticaba. Later, ride by cable car to the peak of Sugarloaf Mountain, where you can watch the sun set over this beautiful city while sipping a caipirinha.

Known as Brazil’s capital of happiness, this buoyant, bustling city on Bahia’s tropical coast is famous for its Afro-Brazilian culture and cuisine, the Pelourinho’s UNESCO-protected colonial architecture, its party-starting attitude and the golden beaches nearby. Portuguese rule saw over 1.3 million enslaved African people brought to Bahia, and their cultural cornerstones from music and food to religion have not just survived but thrived, exemplifying the extraordinary resilience and resistance of the African diaspora.

Take in the largest assemblage of colonial architecture in Latin America as you stroll the cobbled lanes of the Pelourinho, or town center. Salvador - Bahia By Night Folklore Show
The Bahia Folklore Company (Balé Folclórico da Bahia) is one of the most respected folklore dance troupes in the world. The company performs in the intimate Miguel Santana Theatre in the Pelourinho in a seamless presentation of the multiple African traditions that underpin Bahian culture. We will see the sacred dances of the Candomblé; puxada de rede, a song by fishermen in honor of Yemanjá, the goddess of the sea; maculelê, an acrobatic stick and sword dance with its origins in the cane fields; capoeira, a martial art/dance of Angolan origin and the samba de roda, a spinning, swirling version of this exuberant national dance. Optional: After the show diner will be served in one of the many fine restaurants in the area.
Salvador - Essential Salvador (Upper City Tour)
Discover the essential sights of Salvador on a half day tour tracing the development of the city from its simple beginnings to the what is now the third largest city in Brazil. After hotel pick up, we take you to the mouth of the immense bay and then via elegant tree-lined avenues and bustling city streets to the Pelourinho, a Unesco Heritage site and the largest complex of colonial architecture in the South America. We leave the vehicle at the Muncipal Square, by the towering Lacerda Elevator, with great views of the bay stretching out to the lower city, and stroll through the narrow, bustling streets lined with buildings in pastel shades of an age gone by, soaking in the sights and sounds of this vibrant city. The rhythms can be chosen from the following: • Rhythmns of the Afro Blocos • Ijexá - the shuffling rhythm of the famous carnival afoxé Filhos de Gandhi • Samba de Roda and Samba Dura - the powerhouse samba of the Reconcavo • Samba Reggae- variation on the above theme that launched Olodum on the whole stage • Visit to percussion instrument maker’s workshop
Salvador - Fresh Market & Cuisine Tour
Depart hotel and visit two of Salvador’s busiest markets. First we stop at newly renovated fish market, where the wide variety of seafood and fish found in the tropical waters of the bay and the ocean are on display. A short distance away is the largest open market in Bahia, the São Jaoquim Market, selling a myriad of products and produce, from fruits and vegetables to spare parts for domestic appliances, to sacred herbs and religious artifacts of the candomblé. Here we find all of the ingredients for Bahia cuisine and later savour the famous moqueca dish in a local restaurant at the lower city.

Rio - Jeep Tour In the Floresta da Tijuca
Jeep tour in the Floresta da Tijuca shows the difference between nature and the city. We will make a quick stop at Macaco's Waterfall for pistures. Later on we will see the Chinese View, Emperor Table, Cascatinha Taunay and Mayrink Chapel. We will also walk through a light trail, giving us a chance to feel the contact with nature. During this tour, people who will explain the importance of the Mata Atlantica will guide us.

Iguassu Falls - Walking Tour of the Brazilian Side of the Falls
A small viewpoint at the foot of the Das Cataratas hotel lawn is where you get your first magical view of the falls. From here, the pathway zigzags down the side of the gorge and trundles along the cliff face, providing views across the narrow gorge at water cascading down in a hundred different places. There are 275 separate waterfalls, with an average drop of 60m (197 ft.). While you walk, you'll see colorful butterflies fluttering about the trail and grumbling coati (a larger relative of the raccoon) begging for food. At the end of the trail an elevator will lift you up to the restaurant by the edge of the falls. Before going up, take the elevated walkway leading out in front of one of the falls. The wind and spray coming off the falls are exhilarating and guaranteed to have you soaked in seconds.
Iguassu Falls - Walking Tour of the Argentine Side of the Falls: Lower & Upper Circuits
The Lower Circuit requires more physical effort due to its stairs but it can be perfectly done if you take it nice and slow, catching your breath on the different viewpoints, it goes all the way down the river. The Lower Circuit offers the best views, as magnificent waterfalls come hurtling down before you in walls of silvery spray. The Upper Circuit winds its way along the top of the canyon, allowing you to look down the falls and see the area's rich flora, including cacti, ferns, and orchids. The best time to walk the Upper Circuit is early in the morning or late in the afternoon, and rainbows often appear near sunset. Devil’s Throat is the mother of all waterfalls in Iguazú, visible from observation points from both the Brazilian and Argentine parks. You'll notice that the water is calm as it makes its way down the Iguazú River, then begins to speed up as it approaches the gorge ahead. In front of you, Mother Nature has created a furious avalanche of water and spray that is the highest waterfall in Iguazú and one of the world's greatest natural spectacles. You might want to bring a raincoat -- you will get wet.
